Call-In Service:  Precisely Write is proud to announce our new partnership with SpeechMachines, Inc. to provide call-in dictation that is completely web-based and replaces traditional premise-based recording and typing systems via their DictationNet system. Audio is recorded over the phone or onto a hand-held device and is routed securely via the Internet through all stages of processing.

This service is available to any practice, clinic, or hospital within the United States by accessing our toll-free telephone number.  This state-of-the-art web-based service powered by  DictationNet, allows physicians to view their reports online via a secure server after logging in with a password. Reports are available immediately after completion and allow referring physicians to receive copies via email or fax.  With this service you receive a unique and powerful electronic version of the document with all fields tagged using XML, the new Internet data tagging system, or HL-7, the healthcare industry standard. Electronic documents are returned securely and formatted to predefined standards, allowing integration into Electronic Patient Records. XML data tagging enables documents to be readily indexed, searched, uploaded into hospital databases and integrated into downstream coding systems, saving time, avoiding further processing cost and maximizing the value of each report.

Conventional Service: We also provide conventional transcription service to local healthcare providers with free pickup and drop-off service within 35 mile radius of our office with a turn-around-time of 48 to 72 hours.  Clients who wish to have reports returned within 24 hours are required to use the call-in service.
